We wanted to share some simple ways one can create a more supportive workspace for your LGBTQ+ workforce.  Please remember you can always help with the following areas as an HR professional, you may want to think about the following items:

  •    Education is always a good and always encourage others to do the same!
  •     Think about joining a supportive culture.
  •      Be sure your hiring practices are inclusive.
  •      Look into ways you company can show their support publicly
  •      Be the active and/or vocal LGBTQ+ ally.
  •     Think about donating to causes that affect the LGBTQ+ community.
