Thom Singer

"Uncommon Connections - How to build a stronger inner circle"

Thom Singer is the CEO of the Austin Technology Council and is an active keynote speaker for associations and companies who value the power of the human side of business. He inspires audiences to embrace the human side of business and to embrace the power of relationships in growing a career

Singer has had a long career promoting “Community, Collaboration, and Conversations”. After a successful career in sales and marketing, he became a growth leadership speaker in 2009. In his role with the Austin Technology Council he encourages business leaders to find their way to give back to their community and to lead by example for their employees. 

Thom earned his Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) in 2014 and is committed to the business of meetings.  He is the author of 12 books and is the host of the “Making Waves At C-Level” podcast and ATC's "Austin Tech Connect" podcast. On these shows he has interviewed over 1000 business leaders and others with a focus on discovering how the most successful people get farther across the gap between potential and results, and why community engagement matters. 

He and his wife make their home in Austin, Texas and are the parents of two highly-spirited daughters.


Tony Bridwell

"Leading a Courageous Culture"

Tony Bridwell brings 25-plus years of experience working with global organizations related to employee experience and culture. In his current role as Chief Talent Officer for The Encompass Group, a leading Human Capital Management company, he leads the Firms organizational consulting practice. Most recently, Bridwell led the award-winning People Group function of the global tax and technology firm Ryan, LLC as their Chief People Officer. Before his role at Ryan, Bridwell was the Chief People Officer for Brinker International and a Senior Partner with the global culture consultancy Culture Partners (Formerly Partners in Leadership, Inc).

Tony is an accomplished author of six books, an international speaker, having presented in 44 countries, and a sought-after consultant and advisor specializing in purpose and culture. Mr. Bridwell was selected as the 2015 HR Executive of the Year by Dallas HR (the local SHRM affiliate) and won the 2015 Strategic Leadership Award from Strategic Excellence HR and most recently recognized as a 2022 top 50 HR Professional by OnCon Icon Awards.

Tony has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and is currently navigating his Doctorate in Leadership. Tony is an adjunct professor at SMU in Dallas, teaching MBA students Executive Leadership. He is also dedicated to multiple organizations, including being a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serving on the board of directors for Southwest Transplant Alliance. Tony is a living organ donor and as such his work with Southwest Transplant holds a special meaning as its purpose is to save lives through organ and tissue donation and transplantation.
