2025 AUSTIN SHRM ANNUAL CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP

This Agreement becomes valid when digitally signed, dated, and a minimum of 50% deposit is remitted by an authorized company representative.

Payment details:
• An invoice will be provided to the individual completing the form within two business days of submission.
• Payment by ACH is preferred; other options including credit card or check will be considered by request.
• Any remaining balance is due no later than Friday, June 27, 2025.
• Submission forms completed after Friday, June 27, 2025 must be accompanied by the total balance due.
