Crafting Culture: Lead Dynamic, Engaging, and Attractive Organizations
Pending 1 hour of HRCI & SHRM recertification credit.
Austin SHRM Members,
a vote will be held during this meeting on our 2022-2023 Board of Director nominees.
In order to effectively manage a 21st Century workforce, we must see each employee as an individual, and empower our managers to coach them on both personal and organizational objectives. For it is the team leader and the culture they create that is more important to an employee over that of the organizational culture of the company.
After participating in this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Develop Leadership Awareness through Communication, Resilience, and Presence
- Develop and Lead Teams by Understanding How to Select Talent, Manage Priorities, and Coach Performance
- Develop a Culture of Engagement, Expand Influence and Reward Accountability
