On this International Self-Care Day, take a moment to reflect and think about what you could do to spend 5 minutes a day focusing only on yourself.

Those 5 minutes could be spent meditating, sitting by yourself with a cup of your favorite beverage, jamming to your favorite song, reflecting on three things you are grateful for, or just sitting in silence.

Do any activity that makes you feel good and valued, and don’t forget to appreciate yourself!
