U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Commissioner Keith E. Sonderling will discuss EEOC regulatory developments, pay data collection, recent notable enforcement and litigation actions, COVID-19-related guidance, and other EEOC hot topics. Commissioner Sonderling will also discuss using Artificial Intelligence to make employment decisions and the growing need for upskilling/reskilling the American workforce. The Commissioner will answer questions and receive input from attendees.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy
Registrations must be received before close of business on the Monday prior to the event so that we may turn in a headcount. Onsite registrations are accepted at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. If you can't make the event, please let us know 72 hours beforehand by sending an email to support@austinshrm.org, so that we can cancel your registration. Please note, refunds will not be issued after the 72 hour mark as we pay the venue based on the number of attendees reserved - including no-shows.
