Structurally-Based Equity in Organizations:

An innovative approach that delivers results.

Approved for 1 hour of HRCI & SHRM recertification credits.

Diversity is a fact, inclusion and equity are collective choices that must be supported by the right organizational environment. The most common paths organizations have taken to E&I have been based on personal awareness and transformation through training, information and communication, but the outcomes have been uncertain at best. Alberto Garcia-Jurado shares a more holistic understanding of how the human system functions in organizations, and success stories that have begun with the design of the right structural fundamentals.

Speaker: Alberto Garcia-Jurado

Alberto is a TEDx speaker and Coach, writer, and pioneer on Intercultural and Collaborative Intelligence. He has developed breakthrough models in the field of Collaboration System Management that have helped hundreds of teams effectively and permanently achieve the highest levels of performance and engagement while significantly reducing stress and bias.

He is also author of the books “Culture and Globalization”, “Cultural Intelligence for the 21st Century” and his most recent E-Book “True Collaboration: Performance Beyond Culture”.

He is CEO of InZynch™ the first Collaboration System Performance firm and served for six years as President of the Gulf Chapter of the United States - Mexico Chamber of Commerce.

He has served as advisor on human systems and collaborative intelligence for over 30 years with corporations, small businesses, non-profit organizations, associations, and chambers.

Alberto is a sought-after speaker that delivers innovative insights and solutions to 21st century human system challenges and accelerated intercultural and inter-generational understanding.

Alberto is also a certified coach in Karate-Do, Shito-Ryu style and is currently working on becoming a competent “mature” snowboarder.
