Make Work Meaningful in a Virtual Workplace
Approved for 1 hour of HRCI & SHRM recertification credits.
During a time where we’re working all day long, isolated behind the computer screen, work can begin to feel daunting, dismal, and disconnected. The truth is… we’re looking for that spark again— that feeling of ALIVENESS we get from being around other humans— in this new, virtual work environment. In this talk, Alexandria shares the secret that unites us even when we’re separated behind screens, brings the team closer together even in the aftermath of chaos, and empowers each team member to reignite the flame of connection... and keep that flame burning.
Speaker: Alexandria Agresta
Alexandria Agresta believes in a world where people fully align what they do to make money with what they do to experience meaning and fulfillment in their lives. She calls it the “sweet spot” between purpose and profit. Alexandria Agresta is an International Speaker, TEDx Speaker and Co-Founder of Purpose Pioneers, where she uses the power of purpose to turn entrepreneurs into thought leaders and businesses into movements. It’s called the Purpose-First Movement. She earned her title as a Purpose Pioneer simply by living by the mantra: things don't take time, they take courage. When you spend time with Alexandria, you’ll begin to play in the Field of Possibility, and make the impossible, possible.
