The Stepping Stones to Enhanced Leadership course includes a Cohort styled program with nine, 4-hour modules, which are pre-certified through HRCI/SHRM for up to 36 hours of recertification credit. This is a creative and innovative program designed, developed, and implemented to meet the professional development needs of today’s HR professionals.
This program provides opportunities for recertification credit, to create a pipeline of emerging leaders, and to meet employers’ needs for improvement of employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
AUSTIN SHRM MEMBERS are offered the course at the discounted rate of $450.00 Non-AUSTIN SHRM MEMBERS may participate in the program for a fee of $525.00. Payment plans are available. Interest can be selected during registration.Must be paid in full by Friday, March 10, 2023.
