The Key to Resilience
Pending 1 hour of SHRM & HRCI recertification credit.
As HR Professionals, it’s our job to support people to show up and perform to their best ability, but how can we do that when our workplaces are fraught with radical change, uncertainty, and increasing levels of stress? With the transition to the “New World of Work” where hybrid and remote teams are the norm, and change is a constant, it’s important that leaders bounce back quickly, and that they support their teams to do the same. In this session, our facilitator, Kim Carpenter, will share insights from the latest studies in neuroscience and high-performance coaching.
