Austin SHRM professional services are provided by the Culpepper Management Group.
Culpepper Management Group (CMG) delivers professional services to Associations and Non-Profit organizations across Texas. For twenty-five years Culpepper Management Group has provided clients with the solutions they need to grow, stabilize, redirect, consolidate and meet challenging goals.
CMG partners with volunteer leaders to support their governance, policy and strategic direction-setting goals. CMG’s highly trained professional staff then becomes accountable and responsible for the management and operations of those organizations served. Their expertise and experience allows association leadership to focus on the “strategies of growth and success” while they manage the “business of the association”.
Austin SHRM Board + Culpepper Management Group Relationship is Key to Success
Obviously, the role of both the Board and CMG for Austin SHRM is to provide leadership for the organization. Yet the type of leadership each provides is different. For the Board, it's governance. For CMG it's management. In other words, one decides what to do and the other sees that it’s done.
