Trust, Accountability, and Business Relationships:
The difference between a job and a career.

Approved for 1 hour of HRCI & SHRM recertification credit.

Your company culture is a key employee retention tool. But in today’s remote and hybrid working environments, it is harder to have employees feel connected to each other. Surveys show that when people have friendships at work they stay longer, work harder, and speak more positively about their company. When there is trust and accountability between people who know, like, and respect their coworkers, your company will thrive.

Program Learning Objectives:

  • Discover why your connections (inside and outside the company) matter more now than ever
  • Discover the eight pillars of trust
  • Understand the difference between being accountable “to” others and “for” others
  • Create a follow-up plan for taking business relationships beyond one meeting
  • How to lead your team to embrace trust and accountability in your culture

Thom Singer is a certified partner with the Trust Edge Leadership Institute and the Accountability Institute. He combines his teaching on the power of community, collaboration, and conversations with the underpinning foundations of trust and accountability to help your team come together to get more done and win more business.
